BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors of The Brotherhood/Sister Sol was recently selected as one the five finalists for the Volunteer Consulting Group’s (VCG) inaugural Brooke V. Mahoney Award for Outstanding Board Leadership. BHSS was selected out of the thousands of non profits throughout New York City. VCG is a nonprofit organization that works regionally and nationally to strengthen the governing and management capability of nonprofit boards of directors. VCG is the creator and sponsor of www.boardnetUSA.org. Its funders include American Express, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Citigroup, the Clark, GE and Hearst Foundations, JPMorgan Chase, Pfizer, the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation and Verizon.
